Kraftsman 400 Construction Standard Project Process

What to Expect

Step 1-Initial Consultation. At this first meeting in your home we will discuss the nature of the project and your desires for the space. We will use your feedback to help suggest ideas to build off of. We will sketch and measure any areas necessary, create ideas, discuss the project, and determine the level, if any, of design services you may need. We will provide you with the option to utilize our in house design services and any costs associated with it. 
 
Step 2-Design Consultation-Skip if Not Needed. Once we have determined what level of design help you will be needing we will set up a meeting in your home to discuss the project again and go into all of the design details, options, and potential costs. Project Manager and Designer will both be present on site for this meeting. It is highly suggested to have as many photo Ideas or references available at this meeting. From here we will present you with a design and a formal proposal for the construction of the project. If you choose not to use us, the designs are yours to keep.

 

Step 3-Construction-The FUN Part. Once a Design is approved, a proposal is accepted, contract executed, and any associated permits are pulled we will break ground on your new project. Taking all care and precaution into consideration and protecting your home. We utilize state of the art methods and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the job are considered. You will have direct contact with your Project Manager on a daily basis and be given progress updates regularly.
 
Step 4-Cleanup and Closeout. Once the job is complete through Punch-Out, all materials and dumpsters will be removed from the jobsite. All project areas will be cleaned up and Professional cleaning services are offered after many larger remodels, as dust can make its way to other areas of the home. We will take our final pictures and the space is yours to enjoy for a lifetime!
